Owner-Operated Dumpster Rental Serving Illinois Statewide
Sean O'Brien started Chicago Dumpster Rental Pros from a simple idea: give Illinois homeowners and contractors a reliable way to handle waste without the runaround. Operating from the base at 5000 S Homan Ave in Chicago, the company focuses on straightforward service across the entire state rather than limiting work to one city.
The humid continental climate here brings hot summers that speed up odor and pest issues with piled debris, while cold winters can freeze ground and complicate safe placement and pickup. Sean and the crew adjust schedules and equipment choices accordingly so jobs stay on track whether the project sits in Cook County or farther out in the state.
As an owner-operated business, the team provides upfront quotes and keeps communication direct. Customers can reach the office Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm or Saturday from 9am to 2pm to schedule residential or larger hauls anywhere in Illinois.
I grew up on Chicago's South Side and started this company after years handling debris removal from rehabs in neighborhoods like Pilsen, Bridgeport, and the West Loop. Those tight alleys, older brick homes, and Cook County permitting rules made clear what actually works for local jobs. Cold winters and humid summers change how we stage containers and schedule pickups, so I built the business to handle those realities across Illinois from our base on Homan Ave.
